Shouyu Electromagnetic currently produces oriented silicon steel CGO products,with 27Q110,27Q105,and 27100 as the main brands.After the production line matures and operates,it can also produce thin specification products such as 23Q100 and 23Q095.Our factory uses all raw materials directly supplied by Shougang, with pure and stable steel quality and excellent thickness tolerance;The magnesium oxide used in important auxiliary materials is silicon steel grade magnesium oxide produced by Shanghai Zhentai, which is also a first-class product in China and has excellent bottom adhesion;The stretched flat line has online laser engraving and continuous magnetic measurement functions making the product performance more superior and accurate.

The maximum finished product width of the production line is designed to be 1250mm.Currently, it is produced with the mainstream 1000mm width in the market and has the production capacity of 1200mm wide clean edge finished materials.

Product Process Overview:Hot Rolling Pickling→First Cold Rolling→Decarbonization

→Second Cold Rolling→Coating with Magnesium Oxide→High Temperature Annealing→

Hot Stretching→Longitudinal Shear→Finished Product.

At present,the net edge width of our factory's finished products is generally controlled between 900~1000mm,with a designed production capacity of 7000 tons/month. The weight of a single roll can be customized according to customer reguirements and shipping can be packaged according to customer requirements.
